Q: Is there a limit on how many patient records I can submit at one time?
A: There is no limit on the number of records you can submit. We do have a file limit of 10,000 records per file.


Q: How long does the process take?
A: Once you have uploaded your file to our secure server, you should receive a result file within 24 hours.


Q: Do I need to have an NPI number?
A: Yes. A valid NPI (National Provider Identifier) number is required to receive information from Medicaid.


Q: How soon can we start submitting files?
A: Verification of your NPI number typically takes 3-5 days. Once this is verfied, you will receive a user login/password, and start uploading files immediately.


Q: How long can you guarantee your rates?
A: We have 1 - 5 year agreements available. These agreements will guarantee that your rates are locked in.


Q: Can I use the service without an long-term agreement?
A: Yes.


Q: What file format should my file be in?
A: At this time, only CSV file formats are allowed for upload.
