Our Medicaid submission software was designed to specifically for returning Medicaid Identification Numbers. Because of this design focus, our rates are well below the industry standard:

Apodatum price tiers:

1 - 1,000 records: .07 per record
1001 - 10,000 records: .05 per record
10,001 - unlimited records: .03 per record
$2 per file charge.

Example: 3000 records submitted in 1 file:
1st 1000 records @.07 = $70.00
2000 additional records @ .05 = 100.00
1 file @ $2 = $2

Total Charge: $70 + $100 + $2 = $172

Billing is on a monthly basis. At the end of the month, your total records submitted and total files submitted will be calculated.
